You won't find a better recipe for a chocolate cake on biscuits that literally melts in your mouth. Preparation is very simple – the whole work is actually waiting for the dessert to cool down – but the effect is worth every minute. This cake is perfect not only as a dessert after dinner, but it will also work great at parties.
Essential ingredients:
Base: 200 g biscuits + milk (to soak)
Cream:1 egg yolk
140 g sugar
90 g cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 ml sweet cream (creams)
1 liter of milk
150 g dark chocolate
For decoration: grated chocolate
Method of preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the bottom Soak the biscuits in the milk, then arrange them on the bottom of the mold.

Step 3: Cooking the pudding To the mixed ingredients add milk and cream. To avoid lumps, mix the whole thing very thoroughly before putting on fire. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mass thickens.
Step 4: Chocolate magic When the mass thickens (but is still hot), add the broken chocolate and stir until it completely dissolves and combines with the cream.
Step 5: Fold and cool Pour the hot cream on the biscuits arranged in the form of biscuits (if the biscuits have cooled, it does not harm). Cover the top with food wrap (on contact so that you do not make sheepskin) and put in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours.
Step 6: Decorate Before serving, sprinkle the top with grated chocolate.
