125 g mascarpone
500 ml whipped cream (sweet)
250 g of strawberries
For topping: 150 ml whipped cream + red food coloring
Preparation:
Dip cookies briefly in milk and alternately layer them into a mold or dessert jars.
Beat mascarpone with 500 ml of whipped cream until an airy cream is formed.
Cut strawberries into small pieces and gently put them under the cream.
Add the strawberry mascarpone cream to the cookie layers and smooth out.
